Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied by the original package and packing
slip, and returns must be received within 14 days from date of
delivery. Please include reason for the return and be sure to
insure your items, for we cannot be responsible for lost or
misdirected packages. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be
issued and will appear on your billing statement. A 20% restocking
fee will apply if returning merchandise for reasons other than
